2. Subcontractors arrived on time but builder contractor was 3 hours late.
3. Subcontractors were to be paid COD, money was not there and were paid later and were short changed. The workmanship was poor due to incompetence of the builder.
4. Cement trucker also was to be paid COD, the home owner was asked to pay the bill.
5. The builder contractor did not protect the pool causing damage to the pool. The contractor
did start working to have the pool repaired but when the loan check cleared the contractor
disappeared. The contractor did not complete the repairs.

"The Corrupted Building Contractor of Glendora"
The contractors name is withheld until GMG law firm approves to move forward
Lou Noble and his investigating GMG news team are actively interviewing subcontractor and home owners that have been manipulated, lied to, False promises of workmanship, damages to property, home owner monetary losses and more.
Videos, audio recordings, pictures, interviews from subcontractors will be presented.
The name of the of the contractor doing business in Glendora California in where he has his sales and employee team make promises to the home owner who then sign the loan agreement. After the work that has been completed and not to the specifications as promised. His sales team stalls for time saying don't worry that the workmanship will be
corrected. When the check is sent to the contractor and is paid. The contractor and his sales team no longer communicate with you or do they answer there phone.
GMG investigating news team are now working with a law firm and contacting all of the Los Angeles agencies that oversee building contractor for the County of Los Angeles.
Appointments are now being setup to meet and video record as the news team is presenting evidence of a corrupted building contractor operating in the city of Glendora. City Attorney William W. Wynder, City manager Adam Raymond, Marie Ricci Administrative Services for Glendora will be presented the following.
The GMG news team is also making arrangements to have the home owner meet with Gary Boyer Mayor of Glendora and video tape for the news story in where the name of the principle owner and the name of the construction company will be released.
